BESSONS AND ROBOTIC SERIES IMPROVED PERFORMANCE

BESSONS AND ROBOTIC SERIES IMPROVED PERFORMANCE
The twin-head BESSONS and ROBOTIC series already featured a latest-generation Bridgelux Vero-10 chip on board when it was presented last April at the 2014 Light+Building fair. When working at 175 mA, each chip on board has a luminous efficacy of 570 lumens.
After performing the necessary laboratory trials, we have altered the working conditions of these chips on board so that now, with a slightly higher power of 6.6 W and no problems of heat dissipation when working at 250 mA, they yield a luminous efficacy of 800 lumens, which means that these compact models provide a total of 1,600 lumens.
In other words, luminous efficacy exceeds 120 lumens per watt, which places it in the top bracket on the market.
This increase in luminous output is useful as it allows for considerable improvements in light and shadow arrangements in the spaces where they are mounted, given that each head can be focused separately.
The models already in stock have been updated with this improved version.
